After initially gathering 50 Black women from all walks of life to share their common concerns virtually, her organization now consists of over 2,000 women in the Collective. Find out why it is more important than ever to believe in your brilliance and embrace the joy within that we all share both young and old. ⁠ Ms. Todd Griffin completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations at the University of Texas at Arlington. For over two decades, she has worked for three Fortune 500 companies, two international organizations, and various political figures at the local, state, and national levels. Throughout her two decades of meaningful work, she has obtained a results driven reputation and experience, which includes creating innovative, nationally recognized, and award-winning campaigns, initiatives, and programs. Ms. Todd Griffin is passionate about improving the lives of Black Women and Girls, and this “Master Convener” has dedicated her professional and personal life to ensuring they have a voice and a seat at the table. Through her efforts, she secured $5 million from the state and created the nation’s first policy driven think tank exclusively focused on Black Women and Girls at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
