Find out why a healthy understanding of your cultural, personal, and spiritual identity will ensure your success and set you up for excellence. ⁠ Dr. Earley completed his Doctorate of Education in Educational Psychology at University of Southern California (USC), his M.S. in Educational Administration and Supervision at National University, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing at Howard University. He is the founder of 5M Legacy Educational Consulting, and a champion for racial equity and cultural diversity initiatives across the greater Los Angeles community. Dr. Earley has led innovative, equity-based efforts in support of students, teachers, and other educational stakeholders. Among other projects, he has worked alongside the Los Angeles Unified School District to help the country's second-largest public school district recruit and retain Black male educators.
