Episode Summary

2022 is upon us and it's starting to feel pretty good. We hope you have been enjoying your holiday break! These past two years have called us all to dig deep, weather the storm and find the best parts of ourselves in the process. I started this podcast in memory of my late father, Kenneth Earl Snell and his words encourage me everyday. "Be still and know" was the scripture he would always remind me of.
