In today's episode, the CA Program Director of America Needs You and co-host of “The Black Social Capital Podcast”, Dr. Theo Fowles joins us to share how to get the most out the new relationships you will form on campus and in the workplace. Dr. Theo completed both his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership & Educational Psychology and his Bachelor of Arts in Critical Studies of Cinema at the University of Southern California. He also received his MA in Education at Pace University in New York, New York. With a broader interest in learning how to integrate entertainment, social media and academics to create leaders inside and outside of the classroom, he is especially focused on supporting students of color-- and his expertise has created pathways in K-12, Higher Education, and Non-Profit spaces.
