Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Boston University graduate, Dr. Aarti Khullar is the co-founder of The Shrink Space, an online platform designed to help you find a therapist, who specifically identifies with you and your personal experiences. In this episode, Dr. Khullar addresses student concerns about visiting the campus student center by offering this tailor made alternative to pair you with someone who understands your cultural, spiritual, sexual and gender-based identity needs. Dr. Khullar completed her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling at Boston University. Dr. Khullar spent the first several years of her career working in university mental health and then transitioned into private practice where she continued to work with college students, emerging adults, and women of color. As the co-founder of The Shrink Space, which was recently acquired by ProtoCall Services, Dr. Khullar is passionate about creating innovation within the university mental health space in order to improve access and meet the mental health needs of students.
