This Tuesday is the last day to cast your vote! If you haven’t voted yet, you may benefit from hearing this special election episode inspired by our B2M Ambassadors! They had some interesting and thought provoking questions to ask to get a better understanding of the California Propositions on the ballot. Fatima Malik, President of the League of Women Voters for the Los Angeles County offers a genuine and nonpartisan approach to help you make a better decision about these controversial propositions. For our nationwide listeners, we encourage you to learn more about the important measures on your ballot by visiting Vote411.org. It is important to be an educated voter and we hope you learn more about how important your vote is during this episode. Fatima Malik completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business and her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Illinois State University. Ms. Malik has been a League Member for 11 years serving on the Board of Directors at state, county, and local levels. She was also the former Communication Director for the League of Women Voters of California. She has been instrumental in bringing the 100-year-old organization into the 21st century with social media, technology, and inventive new ways to reach voters. Ms. Malik has fought with the League to inspire an educated voter by increasing understanding of major public policy issues, moderating candidate debates, and educating voters on the process. To pay for her League habit, she is a full-time Global Real Estate Agent and an Interior Architectural Design Consultant based out of Los Angeles, California.
